Guarantee
If
any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced.
We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt regarding
the defect. The Rah Rah Company must be
contacted
via email for a Return Authorization Number
before defective merchandise may be returned. Unwanted
purchases are not returnable.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
At this time, The Rah Rah Company only ships to domestic
U.S. addresses. However, if you can provide us with
a U.S. address and a credit card, we can ship your merchandise
to that address in the US.
When will my order ship?
If in stock, your order ships within 24 hours. Backorders
ship will be cancelled if less than $25.00. You will
be notified via email if your order contains a backorder.
If you wish to cancel your backorder, please contact
us via email at cancelorder@rahrahco.com.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
Email our Customer Service department at customerservice@rahrahco.com. Please include your last
name and billing zip code to aid in locating your new
order.
Can
I be 'Billed on Account'?
This requires prior arrangements and credit approval from The Rah Rah
Company. Please note in order to use credit cards, they
must be used at time of purchase. Customers 'Billed
on Account' MAY NOT use credit cards to pay their
account when it is due.

final note: The
Web is an evolving medium. Should we need to change
our privacy policy at some point in the future, we will
post the changes before they take effect.
